MACI Lead Organizers co-authored the MACI Civic Policy Agenda and have agreed to test the agenda within their institution.

The Civic Policy Agenda is based upon transcendent civic principles and beliefs of Human Capacity, Democracy, Active Citizenship, Political Competence, and Institutional Efficacy.
